About Us
The AKAdemic Foundation, Inc.®, is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization founded in 2001 for the purposes of awarding scholarships to deserving high school seniors in the Broward County area. In addition to its scholarship endeavors, the Foundation provides financial and in-kind support in community service, family enrichment, health awareness, economic empowerment and various youth initiatives.

The AKAdemic Foundation has proudly served Broward County for 24 years, dedicating itself to supporting the community through various initiatives and educational programs. With a growing membership of over 250 members, the Foundation has become a cornerstone of community development, with its members actively involved in providing educational opportunities and resources to those in need.

Throughout its years of service, the Foundation has awarded numerous scholarships, often valued at $10,000 or more, to high-achieving students in Broward County. These scholarships support students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and a commitment to community service.
